Client: Kyogle Council

Project: Brand Design & Council Signage

The Kyogle & Villages brand was created for Kyogle Council to promote the Kyogle Local Government Area (LGA), local businesses and industries as well as community groups and the area more generally.

The brand features three well known mountains within the LGA, namely Mount Lindsay, Fairy Mount and Haystack Mountain. The design style of the mountain elements was directly inspired by a collection of works created by local Aboriginal artists.

In conjunction with the brand design we crafted a series of 12 Council area signage designs using the new brand. The 11x village signages all feature unique totem illustrations which we produced as part of this project.

On completion of the Kyogle & Villages brand design and new council signage Kyogle Council engaged us to updated the official Kyogle Council emblem to modernise it and ensure it complimented the new Kyogle & Villages brand (old vs new shown in gallery)
