Client: Il Bacco Restaurant

Project: Complete Brand Design

Working with Chant Studio (Mackay QLD), we developed a comprehensive brand package for the new high quality restaurant start-up Il Bacco Italian Dining. The package included the overall brand design, style guide, 3x A1 posters, A4 menu, business cards, social media graphics and several branded Facebook post images.

The brand logo features a custom illustration of the Bacchus (Il Bacco), a popular Greek/Roman god, the illustration was inspired by a famous painting by Caravaggio.

The secondary branding elements feature contemporary typographical art overlaying. The Bacchus head illustration is juxtaposed against stylised statue images of the Bacchus and some hand drawn decorative lines.
